Ashley has been working within the industry since 2005, training clients from all different backgrounds. He first started working as a fitness instructor at Bannatyne’s Health club, building a strong client base. Currently, Ashley is based at a studio in West Hampstead, managing classes and his own personal training clientele whilst completing a degree in Sports Rehabilitation.
Through Ashley’s interest in martial arts he has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He enjoys various disciplines, including jiu-jitsu, Thai boxing and kick boxing. Ashley has competed in Muay Thai fights, however due to an unfortunate injury in his last fight he has turned his passion into teaching rather than competition.
Over the years he has worked with different athletes from a range of sports and is now being sort out by footballers, profession MMA athletes as well as celebrities.

Ashley has a range of experience utilising the benefits of mixed training methods. He works with a variety of clients, from top athletes requiring sports-specific conditioning to out-of-condition office workers who want to reduce body fat or improve cardiovascular fitness. With his motivational and varied approach to programme design, clients experience a range of training types, to suit individual needs.
Ashley works with clients both inside and out of the gym environment integrating resistance training, body weight training and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) training into fun and challenging personalised programmes. No matter what your goals are, he’ll give you the advice and motivation you need to reach your goals.
Mundane fitness regimes are history! Conventional methods like jogging or endless sit-ups are methods that produce slower results. An hour with Ashley attacks areas of fitness that are neglected within most fitness programmes. If you’re prepared to work hard, you will finish your workout with a great sense of mental and physical achievement.
A trusting relationship between client and trainer is key. Ashley’s professionalism will make you feel at ease and confident in achieving your results.
