Performance enhancement training is for professional athletes lukeand recreational fitness enthusiasts who want to achieve the next step of physical and mental development. By working with a performance enhancement specialist your body will be challenged in ways which conventional training cannot. This is the reason why training whether it is rehab based or general sports specific conditioning, has to be tailored not only to the sport but the individual. Posture, body composition and skill amongst many others are crucial attributes that can be manipulated to achieve optimum performance. With his detailed understanding of advanced training techniques and bio-mechanics, Ashley creates highly individualised and integrated training programmes.

Ashley is a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). The NASM-PES is the highest-level advanced qualification in the industry and the definitive training program for fitness and professional athletic performance enhancement.

Ashley’s skill and experience allows him to analyse the movement patterns and physical demands of any sport. He will then provide training methods that facilitate the development of each athlete.
